Hey! I’m in my 3rd year of studying a Bachelor of Secondary Education. I love all things outdoors – getting out into God’s creation. I’m super excited to serve at CU this year! I’ve been blessed to grow in my knowledge and faith at CU.

Hey, I’m in my 2nd year of a Bachelor of Information Technology. When I’m home in Ocean Grove I enjoy surfing and being outdoors. I like being in CU because I get to connect with other Christians and grow in faith with them.

Before coming along to CU I didn’t really know Jesus that well but now, after a few one-on-ones where I really dug into the bible with a fellow student, I’ve begun to understand Jesus as my lord and saviour

Diving into God’s word each week on campus has truly transformed my heart for the gospel. Through all the challenges of uni, God has taught me to prayerfully depend on him in everything. Through CU, I’ve gained confidence in sharing and living out my faith in all aspects of life. It’s truly incredible to see God continue to transform the lives of uni students that are involved with CU.

I love the way that CU taught me how to read the bible. How I could read it academically and understand it properly, not just put my own meaning into it but actually understand what the text was saying and what God was saying through it. I love the amazing encouraging community I found through CU. I’ve made some of my best friends and I also met my now husband, so it’s pretty great.

As an international student, I was looking for a community in Australia, and this club has shown much love and care that I felt welcomed and at home. Every week, I learn something new about Jesus, pray together, and care for each other. I feel blessed to be part of this club, and I encourage you to come talk to the members.

IT ALONE

What if uni isn’t just about your degree, but discovering something bigger? You don’t have to figure it out alone. Come join our group, meet other students who are asking the same big questions, explore Jesus together, and find friendships and support that make the journey easier. We’d love to see you get connected and be part of what’s happening.
